Intermediate District 287 is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Specialist at our North Education Center in New Hope, MN. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly, reporting to the Technology Support Manager in New Hope.

Starting salary is $45,000 with experience and education considered. Benefits include medical, dental, retirement, and wellness programs. Applicants must meet citizenship/residency requirements.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, AV equipment, and basic networking.
• Strong problem-solving to diagnose issues and maintain equipment and apps.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication with diverse users.

Responsabilités

• Deliver customer-focused technical support via phone, email, ticketing system, and in person.
• Assist users with instructional and productivity tools; provide quick training.
• Collaborate with IT staff and vendors; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Install and maintain computers, printers, scanners, monitors, and basic network components.
