Job summary

Family & Child Empowerment Services (FACES) invites an Education and Inclusion Coach to support the FCCHEN network with on-site and distance coaching for providers serving children 0–12. You will advance quality, track progress, and deliver trainings within a collaborative team in San Francisco.

The role emphasizes inclusion, development of children with needs, and alignment with ECE standards, with travel across San Francisco and related trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead teacher.
• Minimum of 2 years of coaching adult learning.
• Holds or qualifies for the California Child Site Supervisor permit (Special Education Certification+).
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; written Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
• Experience coaching and mentoring staff; trainings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching to FCC providers to improve quality.
• Support developmentally appropriate classroom activities and practices.
• Collect and analyze data including DRDP, IEPs/IFSPs, and licensing records.
• Conduct FCCERS and CLASS assessments and track progress with providers.
• Collaborate to plan trainings and professional learning communities.
• Travel within San Francisco for on-site coaching and site visits.
