Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR or related professional experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations and working with organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned schools and leadership teams.
• Coach leaders through employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and difficult conversations.
• Conduct fair, well-documented workplace investigations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee information and communicate changes to Payroll and Benefits.
