Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years HR experience; BSc/MSc in HR preferred.
• Experience with Title IX compliance preferred.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and leaves; update policies and handbooks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Lead investigations and manage workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
