Job summary

AIClub in the United States is seeking a growth hacker intern to help more students and parents discover the program. You’ll design experiments, test acquisition channels, and optimize the funnel from landing page to enrollment, while mining student success stories into shareable growth assets.

You’ll gain real experience, mentorship from PhDs, and a portfolio of experiments for future growth roles. Flexible, mentorship-driven environment with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• High bar: we’re looking for someone who’s already run real experiments (personal projects, a prior internship, campus org growth, side hustles).
• Genuine interest in education, EdTech, or the college-admissions space is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with data — basic spreadsheet/SQL analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, or SEO tools.
• Scrappy, experimental mindset — test ideas fast, including unconventional channels.
• Strong writing skills — translate technical student research into parent-friendly copy.
• Bonus: experience with no-code tools (Zapier, Webflow), email marketing, or Wix.

Responsibilities

• Design and run experiments to drive qualified leads to our free consultation calls.
• Identify and test acquisition channels that reach parents, counselors, teachers, and student communities.
• Optimize the funnel from landing page to consultation booking to enrollment.
• A/B test messaging for different motivations like college admissions edge and research passion.
• Mine awards and publications for content angles to create shareable growth assets.
• Build lightweight dashboards to track bookings, cost per lead, and channel performance.
• Explore SEO opportunities around high-intent searches.
• Support outreach to schools, counselors, and parent communities as a channel.
