Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Three years of job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement reporting procedures and internal controls to maintain accurate records.
• Maintain various fiscal information, files, and records to provide an up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
• Monitor fund balances of assigned programs and related financial activity to ensure allocations are accurate.
• Reconcile budget account balances and comply with related policies, practices, and regulations.
• Submit a request for payments for contract employers to pay said employees on time.
• Assist with funding applications and amendments generated for the federal Grant.
• Monitor and reconcile IDEA and GOF budgets.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Support Services.
