Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and wax floors.
• Machine shampoo carpeting.
• Clean walls, vents, screens, furniture, fixtures and more.
• Wash interior and exterior windows and glass doors.
• Maintain entryways and dispose of trash outside entrances.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Replace accessible interior light bulbs.
• Process work requests and notify management of repairs.
• Remove snow and ice and apply salt when needed.
• Organize custodial closets and supplies.
• Move and arrange furniture and equipment for events as directed.
• Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor.
