Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
• Custodial Knowledge: Basic cleaning operations and safety practices.
• Good Oral and Written Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, assign and perform daily work routines; supervise custodians daily for quantity and quality of work.
• Provide on-the-job training on safety, equipment use and proper PPE; investigate accidents and report concerns.
• Coordinate major cleaning operations and building emergencies with manager; communicate requests and work orders.
