You will apply domain knowledge to ensure high-quality inputs for model learning, reasoning, and performance, without requiring prior AI experience. In this role you will refine learning materials, evaluate assessments, and provide precise feedback to maintain academic rigor across diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an instructional designer, learning scientist, assessment specialist, or educator.
• Experience designing, evaluating, or delivering formative assessments or tutoring content.
• Ability to judge academic correctness and learner suitability.
• Experience developing rubrics and measurement strategies.
• Experience creating multimodal learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Availability aligned to US Pacific Time zone.

• Proficiency in judging academic correctness, learner appropriateness, and the developmental value of educational activities.
• Hands-on practice developing or applying rubrics, outcome measurement strategies, or innovative grading systems.
• Experience creating or optimizing visual, interactive, or multimodal learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, supporting precise feedback and effective remote collaboration.
