Job summary

GradePower Learning Cary is seeking an Education Director to join our in-person team. You will work closely with the center Director to guide operations, manage staff, engage with parents, and support students in achieving academic success.

You will inform families about programs, organize schedules, administer assessments, and oversee learning programs while upholding our teaching philosophy in a collaborative, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in educational or center operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inform inquiring parents about GradePower Learning programs.
• Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.
• Set up and administer assessments for students.
• Establish and oversee student learning programs.
• Liaise with community members, schools, and local businesses.
• Maintain contact with parents and discuss progress.
• Ensure GradePower Learning philosophy is applied center-wide.
• Create a fun, energetic learning environment daily.
• Coach other teaching staff on the Teaching philosophy.
