Learning Care is seeking a Director to lead our school operations, promote the growth of children, and work with staff to create an engaging learning environment. You will keep parents informed about progress and ensure high standards across the program.

The role emphasizes quality care, compliance with licensing, staff development, and community engagement, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state education and center requirements; willing to attain Director requirements.
• 1–2 years supervisory/management experience in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference every day by leading a classroom and staff.
• Plan staff schedules, evaluate performance, and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure operations comply with company and state licensing standards.
• Provide a safe, educational environment for children and parents.
