Job summary

GradePower Learning Cary is seeking an Education Coordinator to join in-person, part-time with growth to full-time. You’ll work with center staff, teachers, parents, and students to support academic progress and a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities include informing parents about programs, scheduling, assessments, student programs, community outreach, and tutoring hours, plus administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree; credits in relevant areas preferred.
• Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset.
• Additional language(s) spoken is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inform inquiring parents about GradePower Learning programs.
• Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.
• Set up and administer assessments.
• Establish and oversee student learning programs.
• Liaise with schools, sports teams, and local businesses.
• Maintain contact with parents and discuss progress.
• Uphold GradePower Learning philosophy in the center.
• Create a fun, energetic learning environment daily.
• Coach other teaching staff and tutor students as needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
