The Learning Experience - Raleigh, NC Northeast is seeking a Preschool Center Director to lead day-to-day operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive enrollment growth at a busy center in Raleigh, NC. You will coach staff, oversee curriculum implementation, and manage financials including payroll and P&L, while engaging families in the community.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of center leadership, NC administrative credentials, and a bachelor's in ECE (or related field).

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred).
• At least one year of center leadership/management experience required.
• Possess North Carolina Administrative credential.
• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field preferred.

• Lead by example with a passion for children, employees, and inclusivity.
• Ensure health and safety procedures meet local and state licensing rules.
• Build and maintain a highly qualified staff through sourcing, training, coaching.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum and engage learners.
• Oversee business operations including P&L, payroll, and accounts flow.
• Engage families via in-person and virtual tours and organize community events.
