Qualifications

• The candidate holds a master's degree in education or equivalent experience.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with LMS, preferably Blackboard Ultra, is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day academic operations including faculty hiring and evaluations.
• Monitor LMS usage, budgeting, and policy development within constraints.
• Develop curriculums and coordinate calendars with program directors.
• Supervise staff and ensure accreditation and compliance.
• Coordinate off-campus labs and training with partners.
