Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems; Blackboard Ultra preferred.
• Experience with large student databases/Student Information Systems (SIS).
• Experience using AI tools at a research or applied level.

Responsibilities

• Support the DOE in supervising Faculty, Directors and staff, including scheduling and documentation.
• Assist with LMS setup, access, updates, grade approvals, attendance verification, and support.
• Collaborate with Student Services and Registrar to support students and alumni.
• Coordinate lab schedules, CPR/BLS classes, and off-campus training sessions.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and onboarding coordination for campuses CA/NV.
• Manage textbook distribution, invoicing, and payment approvals.
• Evaluate transcripts and prepare Transfer of Credit forms for DOE review.
• Participate in hiring processes for Faculty and Registrar departments.
• Prepare communications and documentation for meetings and events.
• Assist with planning college events and audits.
