Compass Group USA is seeking a dynamic Director of Dining Services to lead our education dining program in the Greenfield area, Indiana. From strategic planning to operational excellence, you will shape the future of our dining services and ensure unforgettable culinary experiences for students and staff.

You will mentor frontline teams, drive profitability, own the annual budget, and recruit and develop top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services/Management/Hospitality /Culinary preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five plus years of foodservice management experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends preferred.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
