Qualifications

• This position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a closely related field and three years of data analysis experience.
• Experience with analytic software in student information and/or educational management systems is preferred.
• Strong SQL, data retrieval, and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Writes advanced queries and programs to extract data from databases and generate required reporting formats.
• Analyzes complex data sets to support ad hoc information requests and mandated reporting.
• Develops ad hoc and automated reports, dashboards, and visuals for staff interpretation.
• Ensures data submitted to external agencies meets applicable laws and deadlines.
• Trains staff on specialized educational reporting systems and processes.
• Collaborates with District personnel to improve data workflows and reporting requirements.
