Job summary

HTU seeks a data administrator to support Educator Preparation Partners and TEA accreditation efforts at the Dallas campus. The role emphasizes data collection, reporting, and ongoing liaison with external partners.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), teaching certification, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with data systems and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Teacher Certification.
• Knowledge and experience with data collection systems.
• Experience in data collection, desegregation, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Office products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for Educator Preparation Partners such as Pearson, TEA, and AAQEP.
• Maintain data systems and collect data sources.
• Create data analysis reports including charts, graphs, and reviews.
• Monitor student progress.
• Communicate with and submit information to the TEA for accreditation needs.
