  • A strong communicator who can effectively connect teachers and leadership.
  • Passionate about helping other educators grow and succeed.
  • Comfortable stepping into classrooms, observing, modeling, coaching, and supporting teachers as needed.

Why Join Primrose School?

This role offers the opportunity to be a meaningful part of that support system. You won't simply be checking curriculum boxes. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, develop teachers, solve problems, and help shape the educational experience of an entire school.

The schedule is approximately 25–35 hours per week and offers some flexibility, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator seeking a leadership role with balance.

If you are an experienced early childhood professional who is ready to lead, mentor, coach, and make an impact beyond your own classroom, we would love to hear from you.
