• Evaluate classroom environments using assessment tools and provide improvement recommendations.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to teachers for continuous improvement.
• Conduct formal and informal classroom observations and share feedback with staff and administration.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new employees and access to company resources.
