Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Education or Public Administration.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project or program management (school or business setting preferred).
• Ability to customize trainings for different needs and external audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to develop, monitor and evaluate program goals and initiatives.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements project monitoring tools aligned with District goals.
• Manages special assignments from the Chief Academic Officer from start to finish.
• Leads root-cause analysis to fix implementation issues.
• Facilitates SOP development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to solve district problems.
• Prepares executive summaries, briefs, and progress reports.
