Job summary

Harris & Associates seeks an experienced Education Project Manager to lead a PMO-driven team delivering education construction bonds across multiple districts. You will oversee 5–10 projects ranging from $5M to $100M, ensuring schedules and budgets are met while coordinating with relocation, FF&E, and design teams.

Responsibilities include budgeting, risk mitigation, contract document development, and presenting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing multiple construction projects.
• Experience with large capital improvement programs.
• 2 years in Educational Facility Construction.
• BA/BS in related field; alternative experience may substitute education.
• Experience with DSA processes or similar.
• Knowledge of project life cycle (planning, design, closeout).
• Experience with BIM.
• Experience with Proliance/Procore PM systems.
• OSHA-10 certification within 1 month of hire.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead education construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Train PMO staff on policies and procedures.
• Review and develop contract documents.
• Coordinate budget and schedule information with Relocation/PMO.
• Present project data to multiple stakeholder groups.
• Manage 5–10 projects simultaneously with varied value.
• Ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery.
• Review design deliverables and provide comments to Design Team.
• Closeout projects including DSA closeout and PMO/district closeout.
• Track status and generate management reports on schedules and costs.
