Primrose School of West McDonough is seeking an Education Coach to support and develop our early childhood teaching team. You will mentor teachers, guide lesson delivery withBalanced Learning, and promote a safe, engaging classroom culture across age groups.

Collaborating with franchise leaders, you’ll help hire, onboard, and observe classrooms to ensure high-quality teaching and faithful curriculum implementation. Join us to nurture growth and excellence in young learners.

• Provide mentorship and training to early childhood teachers.
• Participate in teacher hiring and onboarding.
• Conduct classroom observations to ensure curriculum delivery.
