Job summary

Huntington Learning Center of Omaha is seeking a Manager in Training to lead academic evaluations, provide student instruction, and support day-to-day operations. You will participate in marketing events, monitor progress, and help coordinate schedules with teachers and families.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work Monday through Thursday 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Marketing, retail, and customer service experience are a plus.
• High level of organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys working with students of all ages.
• Flexibility to work day or evening hours; schedule is Monday-Thursday 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform academic evaluations.
• Provide student instruction / Tutor.
• Participate in marketing events and general ground marketing.
• Monitor student instructional programs and progress, including Exam Prep.
• Assist management and training of part-time teaching staff.
• Help create and maintain teacher and student schedules.
• Conduct student conferences and some interim conferences with parents (as needed).
• Work directly with the Center Staff.
