Job summary

A leading education provider is seeking a Director of Education in Magnolia, TX. You will lead educational standards and staff, manage curriculum implementation, and support student growth. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, teaching experience, and managerial skills. Offering a base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 with potential bonuses totaling $10,000 to $15,000 annually, along with health benefits and paid time-off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and teaching experience preferred.
• State or provincial teaching credentials (current or expired).
• Managerial experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Sylvan developed curriculum.
• Manage quality of education standards and teaching staff.
• Select, hire, train and motivate certified instructors.
• Provide oversight to staff related to all educational policies.
