The Learning Experience in Magnolia, TX is seeking a Daycare Assistant Director to lead a dynamic early education team. You will oversee staff, ensure safety standards, and drive enrollment while upholding our curriculum and values.

Ideal candidates bring center leadership experience, state credentialing, and a background in Early Childhood Education, with a passion for growth and quality care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year (required).
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred).
• Solid knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with passion for making a positive impact on children and staff.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to licensing regulations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and engage staff to build a qualified team.
• Guide teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum and engaging learning.
• Drive business results through retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations.
• Coordinate family engagements via center tours and community events.
