Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in school or career counseling, college admissions, financial aid, or workforce development.
• Demonstrated understanding of education and career access in Northern New Hampshire.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills with the ability to interact with groups of all sizes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Desire to work with individuals across socio-economic backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a frequently changing environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
• Ability to travel up to 80% to local schools, partners, conferences, and meetings.
