Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Credential Review in Philadelphia, PA. You will monitor campuses, conduct rounds by bike, support access control, and interact with students, staff, and visitors to maintain a welcoming, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners while following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, residence areas, and campus perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate with campus stakeholders.
