Job summary

Catapult Learning is seeking an Area Manager, Education in a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX. You will lead program operations, ensure contract compliance, and work with the Regional Director to renew contracts.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least five years of experience in education and business with supervisory responsibilities; travel up to 50% and strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• At least five years of related experience in education and business.
• At least two years related supervisory experience in education.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must understand that all children can learn.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude toward customers.

Responsibilities

• Intimately understand and implement terms of all contracts and proposals for the programs.
• Develop a strategic renewal plan with Regional Director to drive renewals.
• Maintain high level of customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Ensure programs meet goals for client satisfaction and student outcomes.
• Assist in development of program budgets.
• Ensure contribution margins are attained.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Additional duties may be assigned.
