Job summary

ESS is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily operations for Haywood County Schools, coordinating ESS staff and serving as the liaison between district administrators and the corporate office to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include site visits, client coordination, staff management, and supporting school board presentations, with emphasis on customer service and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site-visits and meetings with ESS clients within the district.
• Serve as point of contact with each client and ESS management regarding contract and operations.
• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, and recognition.
• Assist with presentations to the school board of education.
• Train, direct, and appraise staff.
• Create daily schedules to optimize manpower.
• Develop recruiting efforts for clients, such as job fairs and hiring events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering solutions professionally.
• Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager.
