Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a strategic vision for communication to drive continued engagement with the ECI Community and to communicate reach, impact, and opportunities to diverse audiences.
• Sustains brand voice aligned with hospitality, humility, and common purpose to build an engaged, connected community across academic and professional backgrounds.
• Manages storytelling about faculty, staff, students, and events that convey the value of character programming and the reach of the ECI.
• Directs content creation (social media, emails, videos, reports) to share ECI work in line with Wake Forest and PLC.
• Collaborates with external vendors to create homepage content for a new networking platform for character educators.
• Serves as creative director for a community platform enabling institutions to showcase their work and attract collaborators and funders.
• Oversees internal and external communications related to ECI grants, events, partnerships, and RFPs.
• Writes and delivers newsletters, articles, and social media content highlighting impact and opportunities.
• Manages and updates ECI websites and event registration portals.
