Job summary

The ECMC Foundation, part of ECMC Group, seeks a Director of Learning and Impact to lead grants management, communications, and evaluation. Reporting to the Foundation President, this role shapes learning strategy, measures impact, and ensures alignment with the Foundation’s theory of change.

With 8-10 years in education or philanthropy evaluation and a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred), you will design evaluation frameworks, supervise staff and external evaluators, and drive learning across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8–10 years in education and/or philanthropy evaluation.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Strong analytic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate grantees, collect data, codify results, and share lessons learned.
• Oversee communications and grants management functions.
• Align grantee outcomes with external communications strategies.
• Develop learning and evaluation approach across the Foundation.
• Collaborate with program staff to synthesize and share Foundation-funded research.
