Job Description

Supervise an assigned group of children (ages six weeks to ten years) daily to ensure their physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs are met. Provide high-quality early childhood education, fostering growth and development of young children.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with a H.S. diploma or GED.
• Associate degree in early childhood education or related field, CDA Credential, 60 semester hours in ECE, or experience with young children in a childcare setting.
• Must obtain within 3 months: Infant & Child First Aid & CPR, Communicable Disease recognition, Child Abuse prevention.
• No convictions of child abuse or crimes involving moral turpitude.
• Fingerprint check by FBI and BCI required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred.
