Job summary

S3 Technologies in Columbus, OH is seeking a Technology Solutions Coach to help educators unlock the potential of classroom technology. This role blends coaching, training, client support, and EdTech strategy across on-site and remote settings.

You will work with educators, school leaders, internal teams, and technology partners to support thoughtful implementation and ongoing success, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced experience and knowledge of technology integration in a classroom or educational setting.
• Teacher certification is highly preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, including reports, invoices, inventory lists.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, educators, staff, and leadership.
• Comfort with basic math functions (percentages, addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project or ticket management software.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel to customer sites up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs for school staff and educators on educational technology.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to teachers and school staff, aligning tech use with instructional goals.
• Conduct client needs assessments, including walk-throughs and technology audits.
• Recommend technology solutions aligned with each client’s environment and objectives.
• Support timely implementation of project initiatives per company standards and client needs.
• Provide onsite and remote support for teachers and education clients.
• Assess technology implementation effectiveness and provide feedback to improve adoption.
• Stay current on EdTech trends to guide client conversations and internal strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships within the EdTech community.
• Collaborate with marketing to support messaging, content, and professional development materials.
• Use data and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and informed decisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
