Job summary

UWorld's Nursing Education division is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities and support student success. The SDR will lead generation and outbound prospecting to campuses, using phone, email, and LinkedIn to schedule introductory meetings for the Account Executive team.

You will articulate the measurable impact of UWorld’s solutions on student achievement and qualify leads to sales-ready opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales development or high-volume outbound roles in B2B SaaS or EdTech.
• Strong written and verbal communication to articulate complex solutions.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to target campuses to generate opportunities.
• Schedule introductory meetings for the Account Executive team via multiple channels.
• Articulate UWorld's value and impact on student achievement.
• Qualify leads and nurture them toward SQLs and qualified meetings.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and pipeline forecasting.
