Qualifications

• Translate insights into concise, audience-appropriate messaging and sales tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with autonomy, resolving issues and signaling risks.
• Influence decisions across multiple teams through insights and partnerships.
• Experience creating sales enablement assets such as one-pagers and guides.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Sales and Marketing partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging, enablement assets, and coordinate launch timelines across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape for positioning and GTM execution.
• Collect and synthesize voice-of-customer and market insights to support messaging and readiness.
• Contribute market insights to guide product roadmap, packaging, and pricing decisions.
• Develop foundational product messaging: value props, proof points, personas, and descriptions.
• Advise Sales Enablement to create demos, one-pagers, and messaging for outbound activities.
• Maintain national product messaging across web and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with campaign teams to ensure consistent pre-sale and post-sale experiences.
