Job summary

Talanto seeks a mission-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our learning technology ecosystem for K-12 educators. You will bridge civic education goals with our Docebo-based platform, ensuring the digital tools boost teacher engagement, learner outcomes, and content strategy.

You will partner with instructional design and cross-functional teams to deploy high-quality LMS features, dashboards, and data-driven insights while maintaining UX standards and scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience translating pedagogical goals into intuitive LMS experiences.
• 2+ years in product management for LMS or K-12 edtech platforms.
• Ability to manage product roadmaps and complex integrations.
• Ability to translate evaluation questions into software metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the Docebo architecture to maximize learner engagement and UX.
• Develop workflows for LMS integrations with Tableau, Google, Salesforce.
• Lead the product feature roadmap with a data-driven approach.
