Generation Citizen is seeking a product-focused leader to guide the learning technology ecosystem for K-12 educators and youth development. You will bridge civic education goals with platform infrastructure, ensuring a high-quality learner experience and robust content strategy.

The role requires collaboration with instructional designers and national/regional teams, shaping Docebo architecture, dashboards, and integrations while traveling up to 30% for staff days, retreats, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience translating pedagogical goals into digital experiences
• 2+ years of product management in LMS/edtech for K-12 or youth development
• Experience managing product roadmaps and third-party integrations
• Ability to configure dashboards and maintain data pipelines
• Strong relationship and change management skills
• Proven track record of cross-team governance and training diverse groups
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau or similar tools, and Qualtrics or equivalent survey platforms

Responsibilities

• Own the Docebo architecture and user experience for teacher learning
• Develop and own internal workflows connecting systems (Tableau, Google, Salesforce)
• Manage the learning product feature roadmap aligned to strategy and user feedback
• Lead and maintain system integrations to scale without breaks
• Audit platform processes to reduce administrative burden and improve learning journey
• Translate engagement and course data into actionable insights for partners
• Build dashboards and reporting from Docebo for internal teams
• Deliver internal training to boost data literacy across staff
• Co-design learning pathways with Instructional Design and document SOPs
• Run governance meetings and set platform policies
