Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree — any major.
• Excellent written English; communicating with school admins and public users.
• Genuinely organized; track many threads and avoid dropped conversations.

Responsibilities

• Support intake for district DPA requests, security questionnaires, and compliance inquiries; log and route to closure.
• Prepare review packages: summarize ask, flag non-standard items, hand off to legal/manager.
• Help build a library of standard responses and completed questionnaires.
• Support onboarding of school admins to the BAND school portal after agreements.
• Coordinate a recurring email program to school admins on BAND usage and privacy settings.
• Keep education help center content and FAQs current.
