Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support mid-size districts in Pennsylvania. You will partner with district leaders to deliver professional learning, design and execute development plans, and travel regionally to facilitate in-person sessions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting.
Experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD preferred.
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage teachers and administrators.

Responsibilities

Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support for mid-size districts.
Collaborate with school and district partners to design and implement a professional development plan.
Travel regionally to support districts, including up to 60% travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year.
Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
Analyze data to inform decisions and plan next steps.
Support Sales with districts piloting IXL and other pre-sales opportunities.
