Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, Child Development, or a related field.
• Experience developing curriculum, instructional programs, or educational content.
• Strong understanding of U.S. education system and standards.
• Ability to design learning experiences with long-term outcomes.
• Excellent written communication and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital curriculum and educational content for U.S. students.
• Create engaging learning experiences that build measurable academic skills.
• Develop curriculum structures, lesson sequences, and objectives.
• Apply U.S. standards and classroom practices to product development.
• Translate concepts into interactive digital learning experiences.
• Evaluate existing curriculum and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research trends in U.S. K-12 education and apply insights.
• Collaborate with product, content, technology, and education teams.
• Support development of curriculum for additional grade levels as the program expands.
