Job summary

Humina Resource is seeking a Curriculum Developer / Instructional Designer to design and develop digital curriculum for U.S. students. The role requires strong knowledge of the U.S. education system and hands‑on experience with curriculum or instructional design.

You will collaborate with product, content, and technology teams to create engaging, standards‑aligned learning experiences and contribute to program expansion across grades and subjects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Experience in K–12 classroom teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content development.
• Proven ability to develop curriculum, lesson plans, or instructional materials independently.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. education system and student developmental needs.
• Ability to design learning experiences with long‑term educational outcomes in mind.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital curriculum and educational content for U.S. students.
• Create engaging learning experiences that build measurable academic skills.
• Develop curriculum structures, lesson sequences, learning objectives, and activities.
• Apply knowledge of U.S. standards, classroom practices, and student needs to product development.
• Translate concepts into interactive, age‑appropriate digital learning experiences.
• Evaluate existing curriculum and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research trends in U.S. K–12 education and incorporate insights into design.
• Collaborate with product, content, technology, and education teams.
• Support development of curriculum for additional grade levels and subjects as the program expands.
