Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a team-oriented Employee Dining Room associate responsible for maintaining the Employee Dining Room (EDR) in a clean, orderly, and organized manner.
You will serve food, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness per policies and ServSafe standards. This role requires good communication, ability to prioritize tasks, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
Under general direction from the Sous Chef, responsible for maintaining the Employee Dining Room (EDR) in a clean, orderly, and organized manner, including serving food, stocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness according to policies and procedures.

High School Diploma or GED is required unless waived by Human Resources Management. Six (6) months work experience in Food & Beverage preferred. Demonstrated ability to grasp and prioritize assigned tasks in a timely manner. Excellent communication and guest service skills required. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods, walk and sit; use hands for dexterity of motion; stoop, bend, kneel or crouch, and have normal auditory, visual acuity, and verbal communications skills. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50-70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be exposed to cigarette smoke. The work environment is noisy and employee will work indoors and outdoors; work performed in areas which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, smoky and dimly lit, and maneuver outside in temperatures in excess of 115° and as cold as 15° (exposed to all weather conditions).
