Georgia-Pacific LLC invites aspiring engineers to join the Engineering Development Program (EDP) in Summer 2027 at our Paper Mill in Crossett, Arkansas. This entry-level opportunity focuses on training, mentorship, and real-world projects that drive process improvements including safety, health, and environmental stewardship.

Participants gain exposure to operations leadership while tackling meaningful assignments, preparing for a successful career in process control and engineering leadership

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience troubleshooting instrumentation, electronics, or electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Engineering Development Program (EDP) to gain hands-on, real-world experience in an industrial setting.
• Tackle significant projects and take ownership of work while supporting innovation, process efficiency, and safety/health compliance.
• Learn and apply Koch's Principle-Based Management culture and collaborate with experienced engineers to solve real problems and improve products and services.
