Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is launching an Engineering Development Program (EDP) for aspiring engineers at our Crossett, Arkansas, paper mill. This entry-level program emphasizes expedited training, professional development, and mentorship, with exposure to operations leadership and real-world projects.

Participants gain hands-on experience aimed at improving processes, safety, and compliance, while aligning with Koch’s Principle-Based Management culture.

Qualifications

• Enrolled and currently pursuing a degree or alternative program (e.g. 2-year technical college program, certification program, upskilling program).
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Engineering Development Program (EDP) with training, mentorship, and exposure to operations leadership.
• Gain real-world, hands-on experience, contribute to projects, and support innovation, process efficiency, and safety health initiatives.
• Learn Koch principles and work alongside experienced employees to solve real problems and drive value.
