Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking full-time engineers to join our Engineering Development Program (EDP) for Summer 2027 at the Naheola mill in Pennington, Alabama. This entry-level program offers accelerated training, mentorship, and hands-on engineering experience across manufacturing operations.

As part of Koch family, the EDP emphasizes safety, quality, and problem solving, with opportunities to work on meaningful projects, learn from seasoned engineers, and explore a range of technical disciplines.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.).
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical equipment.
Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027.
