Overview

Details: Full time, 6am-4:30pm and Nights 330-2am

Requirements

• Set up and operate multiple wire EDM machines (Brother and Agie Charmilles).
• Wire EDM operator inspects finished work pieces to ensure compliance with accepted manufacturing tolerances.
• Wire EDM operator edits programs for precision machinery.
• Wire EDM operator monitors machines during production runs to adjust machine controls and prevent errors.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with EDM equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferable experience using 3D inspection equipment.
• Ability to read micrometers, gauges and calipers.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
