Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc (STI-TEC) seeks an Editor to support the Joint Staff, Actions Division, and senior leadership. You will edit and prepare high-level documents for CJCS, VCJCS, DJS, VDJS, and SEAC, ensuring precise formatting and executive-ready quality.

You will develop Joint Staff correspondence, issue issuances, manuals, guides, letters, and memoranda; review publications and move materials for leadership review and processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field; 7+ years of experience or 11 years total.
• Experience writing, editing, and revising documents for U.S. Government senior leaders.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation; strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word; familiarity with ETMS2/TMT.

Responsibilities

• Provide editorial support for Joint Staff senior leadership, CJCS, VCJCS, DJS, VDJS, and SEAC.
• Assist development of Joint Staff correspondence, including issuances, letters, and memorandums.
• Edit executive Joint Staff documents to meet DoD and Joint Staff standards for formatting and language.
