This remote, U.S.-based role emphasizes strong editorial skills, organizational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple content streams across product lines, including integration with Harvard Business Review content.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of editorial work, project coordination, publishing, content development, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Copyedit content documents, focusing on practice test manuscripts.
• Conduct final copyedit and production prep of near-complete manuscripts.
• Review SME sample questions and early-stage manuscripts using tracked changes.
• Initial copyedit of Business Book Summaries submissions.
• Apply style guides and contract writing guidelines consistently.
• Check manuscript tagging, formatting, and content against test specs and maps.
• Assist with CMS-based quality assurance and content on the platform.
• Coordinate delivery of Corporate Learning content to the EBSCOlearning platform.
• Conduct weekly QA of new and updated content on the platform.
• Conduct competitive analyses of competitor platforms.
