Job summary

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to mentor staff from junior to senior levels.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional departments (design, production, marketing, sales).

Responsibilities

• Oversee editorial assignments and workloads across the team.
• Track and maintain the commissioning pipeline.
• Oversee the reprint process and publication of books into new formats and bindings.
• Act as the central hub of communication between editorial and other departments (design, production, PR/marketing, sales) and the executive and financial teams.
• Coordinate across New York, London, and Paris offices to ensure projects run on time and within budget.
